There is alot others will say about the man. What you wont hear alot talk about is the documentary he did on military heroes. James heard military heroes- people who come home after suffering a near death experience- celebrate ALIVE DAY. Annually it is the day these heroes celebrate living- near miss dying. I carried this thought with me into my joint replacement celebrating THAT surgical day as my RE-BIRTHDAY. Thank you James for letting the world know about heroes who give us Freedoms some DO cherish. Thank you for giving the heroes I met, life forever- the man who embedded the diamonds from the ring his wife left him when he came home blind; the woman whose right arm/shoulder were severed at a sharp angle up from her breast to her clavicle wondering how or if she would ever hold a baby if someone wanted her; or the woman who went along when I asked if she would display a sunflower in her prosthetic…. for all them, we salute you…. RIP
